Knitty & Purrrl: February Pattern...

I am currently finishing up the pattern I was doing for February. I have them all finished I just have to add a button to the collar and hide all the strings :3 I decided to make halter tops this month so look for them soon in my etsy shop. It might be tonight/tomorrow. Ill post about it.

I made two sizes. The larger ones fit the FR Tall body, the FR2 body, the new Nuface body. The smaller ones fit the Azones, Momokos and Unoas.  I just have to check about the Poppy, Old Nuface and Dynamite bodys.

Weekly Craft Update: Knitty & Purrrl

Ive been busy with preparing for the upcoming open house this next Monday. So I have been a busy bee at making as many wraps as I can before the months over. Im making about 3/4 that are going to fit the slimmer dolls; Azone/Unoa Light/Obitsu. 7 or so for the regular FRish size, and Im going to try and work in at least 2 for the Dollfie Dreams. So Im hoping to have maybe 15 total done. I also feel like Im really limited in colors because i have to use a thinner yarn, but then I raided my gramas horde....came home with 3 bags XD

So look forward to seeing new stuff at my shop the end of this month/beginning of April.

Knitty & Purrl: February Works

So after making a better plan about how i was going to be doing things, ended up going out the window as its that time of year again...and I got slammed with work. We have a open house in two weeks, went through a buyout, so I wasnt even sure if I was going to have a job. We now work for Phillips, and are going to be one of the hubs basically because they like what we do and how we run. So well see what happens as the year goes. I did make it clear to my boss that if I work overtime I was bringing in my Mina. Shes such a good girl and keeps me company when I needed it most. :3

So with all that out of the way (now its the little stuff of making copies/packets/mailing stuff and the usual routine I have as well) I will say that I was a good kitty and even though it was delayed, I got done a good amount of sweaters for this month.

February's Pattern: Raglan Turtleneck Sweaters

A big thank you as well to Heather for taking all these pictures for me as well as promoting them on both her blogs. I really appreciate it. They are The Traveling Twig and The Majokko Shop. Heres a couple pictures of what I listed and we tried these all one the different body types. Tabby actually loved the pink one so much that she stole it for her Cora (Obitsu) and I had to make another :3 but I dont mind.

Pickups/Arrivals: Look what I found...

So my Anja came in. I had a picture of her with all her stuff, but something happened with my card and I think it might be lost :< Anyways....She arrived and shes just beautiful. Im not sure still about the lip change on her and getting her out of the box her hair is just going to need some help. I love her details and everything.

So I was out with Heather and Amy and stumbled upon these guys. Honestly their trolls XD but I have a weakness for creatures with down pointing ears..they have really fantastic box art and theres 3 different sizes. The first are tiny little ones that come in pots, and their like the blind bags. Then theres the medium ones which were the ones I got, and theres a large size. I dont like this size because it looks a lot less like the artwork. Its something about not increasing their eye size like they should have.

And since Heather posted her Chiikas...I thought I would post mine together as well. I have the Witch of Heart original & 1.0 version. I like the 1.5 version as well, but I really wished they had changed the actual outfit color, not just making it white.

An unexpected surprise...

Heather posted her friday Azone updates. I asked her the other night if anything interesting was coming up to which she said not really, and we talked about the delays. I have an Asuna on a preorder and she just keeps getting pushed back...but when I was looking at her page I saw this.

1/3 Revolutionary Girl Utena / heavenly Utena

I rememeber watching Utena way back in the day when I was first getting into Anime, and we watched it at Animosity (its a anime club at one of the colleges). I also have a lot of the artbooks, movie books, music & anime. I also kept seeing this girl, but I never heard anything about her release until today. I went ahead and just preordered her. Shell be in around December and Im going to be so happy. I love her face and how well and unique her eyes/face are and incorporating the style in this doll. Shes perfect and I cant wait to have her.

New Arrivals: Kyori/Poppy/Azone...

Heres just a few things I didnt get a chance to get pictures of until now. I have a couple of the Wclub exclusives ordered, but they wont be in I think for a while/later in the year.

Irresistable in India Poppy Parker - This girl has the Bergdorf screening which is one of the Poppy's that I had come to love so much, but shes super out of my price range/what Im willing to pay really. So once I heard this I went ahead and got her. I really do love her screening & her hair style. Im not sure about the gold dress, I feel like she needs a better material then that satin. Its just too much screaming Barbie I guess to me. I do love her little gold shoes.

Love the One Kyori upgrade doll - This one really reminds me of the poesie Agnes/Vanessa brides. I think I am going to give her liner on her bottom lash area because I saw someone mock it up with the promo pictures and I really liked the look of it. Possibly might change her lip color to a more pale hue. Im also not sure if I'm going to swap her body as well.

Lethe - London Calling Dani - All together this girls clothing just doesnt feel like it works at all together, but once we took it off her, it looked better as in parts/mix & matched with other clothing. I ended up switching her body with my Tropiclean Erin (who has now become Neva) because I wanted her to have a shorter body to go with her friend Lyric. Im probably going to end up repainting Dani because this green is just overkill for who it needs to be, but her hair is perfect.

I bought the two Black Raven 50cm clothing cat maid outfit things. I havent gotten the white one just yet, but its on its way. The only thing is that the undershirt is so tight on the arms I had to remove the DDS's lower arms to wiggle it on. The stockings also will not go on the DD because of her feet being too big. I am thinking about getting an Obitsu 50cm body because I have been wanting one of these for months now and the DD heads dont look bad on it, and I can switch up my bodys a little :3
